When you book Chalet Chantemerle we have set-up the following terms.
Arrival and check-in will be after 17.00 on the arrival date.
Departure will be before 10 AM on the departure date.
The chalet will only be rented to 1 group. You will have access to all the facilities unless they are clearly marked private. This includes both the indoor and outdoor.
There will be snow cleaning done when necessary.
You will have access to free internet and cable television.
The rental includes bed lined and towels.
You are expected to leave the chalet in a reasonably tidy condition. Cleaning will be done by a professional cleaning company before and after your arrival.
We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors and keep the noise level down after 23.00 and before 7.00.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in-door is not allowed.
We maintain the right to decline any booking request. Once a booking has been accepted the below cancellation policy applies.7
Booking and cancellation policy
At the time of booking a 25% non-refundable deposit for the total cost of the rental period is required. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival at Chalet Chantemerle.
If you cancel with less than 30 days before your arrival you will lose 50% of the rental, if we are unable to find another group who will rent the chalet.
Please note that reservations not confirmed by payment of deposit within 7 days of the original booking date to avoid automatic cancellation.
For Special offers and last-minute bookings, the total amount for the rental is due at time of booking.
